Credit Hero guarantees professional customer service and dedicated assistance throughout the credit restoration and funding consulting process.
Our main priority is earning our clients' trust and delivering exceptional service.
The Client is required to maintain any requested credit monitoring services and provide all documentation necessary to facilitate the credit restoration or funding process. Failure to do so may delay results or result in suspension or termination of services.
90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Credit Hero offers a ninety (90) day money-back guarantee. If, after ninety (90) days from the date of this Agreement, Credit Hero is unable to successfully remove at least one (1) negative account, collection account, charge-off, late payment, inquiry, or other derogatory item from the Client's credit report, the Client may request a full refund of all fees paid to Credit Hero.
Bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, and other complex derogatory items may require additional service fees due to the increased time and resources required.
The Client authorizes Credit Hero to contact them by telephone, email, and text message regarding services, account updates, and important notifications.
All sales are final once payment is made except as expressly provided under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above.
DEFAULT AND COLLECTIONS AGREEMENT
The Client agrees that all payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
If any payment remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days after its due date, the account shall be considered in default. Upon default, Credit Hero reserves the right to:
• Suspend or terminate services immediately;
• Declare the entire remaining balance due and payable immediately;
• Assess lawful collection costs and fees;
• Refer, assign, or sell the delinquent account to a third-party collection agency; and • Pursue all legal remedies available to recover the outstanding balance.
The Client understands and agrees that failure to satisfy payment obligations may result in the account being placed with a collection agency after the account becomes more than thirty (30) days delinquent.
